The Office has become a COPE member!

We are pleased to announce that the Office has become a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

This organization was established in 1997 in the United Kingdom by academic journal editors with the aim of addressing issues such as plagiarism, data fabrication, and redundant publication.

Today, it brings together around 15,000 members – journals, publishers, other institutions, and individuals.

Membership provides access to the forum for ethics cases, a database of case studies, and expert COPE recommendations on publication ethics. It also ensures opportunities to participate in training sessions, seminars, and access practical guidelines that help address issues related to plagiarism, authorship, or the use of artificial intelligence.
