Adult Education

The Office of the Ombudsperson for Academic Ethics and Procedures provides education for the academic community as an important measure to prevent unethical behaviour. These educational activities aim not only to provide knowledge about the principles of academic ethics and potential breaches, but also to help communities at higher education and research institutions put the principles of academic integrity, responsible research conduct and ethical organisation of studies into practice.

The training focuses on strengthening practical competencies, preventing breaches of academic ethics and promoting a responsible academic culture. The training content is updated to reflect the needs of the academic community, findings from research conducted by the Office, academic ethics issues examined by the Office, technological developments, and national and international good practices.
